Meet Stephanie Bunn

Registered Social Worker

Hi, I’m Stephanie and I’m really glad you’re here. Supporting people through meaningful therapeutic work is a role I hold with deep care and respect. I aim to create a warm, safe, and compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My person-centred approach focuses on thoughtfully exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences so we can build a strong, trusting therapeutic foundation together.

In our work, we’ll collaborate to develop practical skills and therapeutic goals that support self-awareness, resilience, and growth. I work from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive lens and tailor my approach to your unique needs, while also considering the broader systems and contexts that shape your experiences.

I hold a Master of Social Work (Health) and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, with a major in Adult Development and a minor in Family & Child Studies. I am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Outside of the therapy room, I value connection with family and friends, discovering new coffee favourites, and spending time on local trails. I also enjoy reading, baking, and exploring creativity through different art mediums.

If you’re feeling ready to take the next step, I’d be honoured to support you. You’re welcome to book a session when it feels right for you.
